Giving Circle Programme
Together, we can go further!
Our programme works for a more solidary and forward-looking Hungarian society by building donor communities where smaller individual contributions can together achieve profound change by forming a serious creative force. We believe that by donating we do not only give money but also pay attention to and put energy into important social issues and become part of them.
LIVE CROWDFUNDING NIGHT
Our Live Crowdfunding Night is an annual fundraising event based on an international format (you can read more about it under the subheading LIVE CROWDFUNDING IN HUNGARY AND ABROAD). At the 2-3 hour event, selected NGOs get the opportunity to present their social initiatives, answer questions from those present, and then receive support to achieve their goals: offers are received on an announcement basis, and they usually mean money, but they can also be a service, an asset, or voluntary work.
LIVE CROWDFUNDING IN HUNGARY AND ABROAD
live crowdfunding nights throughout Hungary
thousands euros raised as donation
supported social initiatives
The Hungarian Live Crowdfunding Night is based on an international modell that we learnt from The Funding Network (TFN) based in London. Thanks to TFN, fundraising events based on their concepts (live crowdfunding events) are now organised all over the world. Since their programme was launched in 2012, more than 300 events were held in 26 countries, raising over 5.3 million pound for more than 1000 social change projects. As their Hungarian partner, our long-term goal is to promote the establishment and strengthening of new donor communities in Hungary.
