WHOM AND HOW WE CAN SUPPORT

We work to improve the local environment and society through three ongoing professional support programmes. We support causes, individuals, groups and NGOs that encourage people to get involved and take responsible action.

GIVING CIRCLE PROGRAMME

The Giving Circle Programme works to build donor communities through the organisation of fundraising events. Our foundation provides presentation, communication and fundraising coaching to NGOs presenting at the event and builds bridges between potential donors.

COMMUNITY FOUNDATION SUPPORT PROGRAMME

The programme establishes and develops community foundations. We welcome applications from active local patriots from cities and districts of Budapest who want to use local resources to improve their communities.

REVITALISING SMALL TOWNS

In the Revitalising Small Towns Programme, we provide multi-year support to local community leaders who aim to develop their small town community.

We also work with grantmaking in the following areas:

Leap into the Future! funds

In 2020, following the outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic, and in 2022, following the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, we launched the Leap into the Future! funds to respond to current world events. We use the crisis fund to support grassroots initiatives through open calls and our partner organisations.

WOMEN’s pilot programme

Our Women’s Programme is currently operating on a time-limited pilot basis. Our pilot programme supports organisations and initiatives working to improve the visibility of women’s issues through community fundraising events and Hungary’s first women’s giving circle.

Other grants

We believe it’s important to be proactive in supporting causes that align with our values, alongside our framework programmes: in these cases, our foundation identifies the causes to support and we initiate the collaboration.
